Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iso-9.com (the “Site”) and purchasing any products or services, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase dietary supplements. By ordering, you represent that you are of legal age and able to form a binding contract.

3. Our Products & Disclaimers

3.1 Dietary Supplement Nature
All products sold are dietary supplements, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You acknowledge that outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

3.2 FDA Compliance
Our manufacturing and labeling processes comply with U.S. FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for dietary supplements. Supplements have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

3.3 Use at Your Own Risk
You alone are responsible for use of our products. You should consult a physician before use—especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or take any medication. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for any adverse reactions.

4. Purchases, Payments & Subscriptions

4.1 Ordering
Select either “One‑Off” or “Subscribe & Save” options on each product page. For subscriptions, choose your frequency (monthly or pre‑paid 3/6‑month).

4.2 Payment
All prices are in USD. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. You agree to provide valid, current, and complete payment information.

4.3 Subscription Billing
If you subscribe, your payment method will be automatically charged each billing cycle. You may pause, cancel, or swap at any time via your Member Account (see § 5).

4.4 Refunds & Cancellations
Please see our separate Return & Refund Policy. Cancellations of one‑off orders are only possible before the item ships. Subscription orders may be cancelled or paused up to 24 hours before renewal.

5. Your Member Account

When you create an account or subscribe, you may log in at any time to:

  • View and manage active subscriptions

  • Change delivery frequency or products

  • Pause or cancel future shipments

  • Update billing and shipping information

Access your account by clicking the account icon in the Site header and following the password‑free verification prompts.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Domestic (U.S.)
One‑off orders ship within 4 business days at our Standard 4‑Day Delivery rate. Subscriptions ship with free priority shipping within 4 business days of each renewal.

6.2 International Orders
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times vary by destination.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content—text, images, logos, designs, code—is owned or licensed by JYNX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation.

9. Third‑Party Links

The Site may contain links to third‑party sites. We do not endorse, control, or assume liability for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 General
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISO•9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site or products—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2 Product Liability
Our total liability for any product‑related claim is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISO•9 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the products or Site.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brisbane, Queensland. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Arbitration; Waiver of Class Actions

Any dispute not resolved by informal negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Australia‑based Arbitration Rules. You and ISO•9 each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Privacy & Cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Site, you consent to those practices.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect.

  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms (plus policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and JYNX regarding the Site and products.
